Osaka public prosecutors allowed police officers to rape citizens

On 31 July, 5 police officers of Osaka Prefectural Police drove to a beach on their break. They picked up 3 teenage girls and forced them to drink alcohol in one gulp. Pretending to take care of her, 永田昌也 (Nagata Masaya) took a ill girl on his rubber boat and raped her. She was crying her mother's name for help all the time, according to witnesses. She was nearly in acute alcoholism and was took to hospital quickly when police officers arrived at the crime scene after witnesses' call. He was arrested in the very act of rape. Other 4 colleagues told him not to go too far and they also sexually assaulted 2 other girls, but the police did not arrest them, accused them nor announce their names to the public.

On 21 August, Osaka Public Prosecutor's Office suddenly announced to drop the case. The police and the prosecutors said nothing after the arrest. Most media did not criticize the police's dealing. On next day they released the suspect because "the suspicion is not enough". The prosecutors claimed they're not sure whether the victim could resist or not.

Ha! The prosecutors believe we can oppose against violation in acute alcohol intoxication.

Some media said the suspect's parent has authority and leaned on.

The Police says they will fire the suspect and punish the colleagues, and the Prosecutor's Office says they're keeping on investigating even though his release. But I doubt them.

Nagata Masaya might revenge on the girl for the charge, as yakuza do.

The rapist police officers must be searching for next targets.
