US armed forces in Japan steel things from people, rape girls and women, kill people by car accidents, and murder people with weapons.
The forces "try" to hand over the criminals to Japanese police, but they rarely do. The forces shield criminal soldiers.
The criminals are judged by the forces themselves, such as "not guilty" or light sentences.
